Using the Workplace Communication Support Worksheet as a guide, we’ll explore practical phrases and strategies for seeking clarity, expressing concerns, offering feedback, and managing conflict. Through guided discussion and roleplay scenarios, attendees will practice how to hold productive conversations that foster trust, alignment, and follow-through in the workplace or in committees and councils.
