Juli Bacon

Juli Bacon is the President and Owner of JB Consulting Systems, LLC, where she has spent over 20 years helping small businesses grow through strategic HR and business consulting. Under her leadership, JB Consulting Systems has become a trusted partner for companies nationwide seeking operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

A nationally recognized speaker and expert, Juli authored Six Word Lessons on HR Practices for a Productive Workforce and was a presenter at the 2025 International Builders’ Show. She has held numerous leadership positions at her state, local and national homebuilders’ associations. Currently, she serves as Washington State’s Build-PAC Trustee, Chair of BIAW’s PWB Council, and President of the Affordable Housing Council at MBA King & Snohomish Counties.

Her honors include NAHB’s 2013 Woman of the Year and multiple awards from BIAW and her local PWB Council.

In addition to JB Consulting Systems, Juli owns Bacon Building & Maintenance LLC, is a partner in JJ BizWorks, and a minority owner of Routec Industries, LLC. She is active in several local Chambers of Commerce. Juli is a powerlifting record holder, and a proud military mom of two veterans.
