Tanya Cromwell

Tanya has been in the residential industry for 30 years in the Eastern Idaho area. Her design firm designs and draws 125 homes a year as well as the renderings for Parade of Homes magazine.  Her design company is Idaho Home Design.  Tanya also became a contractor 15 years ago and is one of the founding and managing owners of Caddis Builders, LLC.  She builds all forms of residential construction: multifamily, specs and custom homes as well as land development in the Snake River Valley. 

Tanya is currently serving as the National Rep for the State of Idaho at the National Association of Home Builders, a Trustee for the National Professional Women in Building Board as well as a Build Pac Trustee.  She was the first female president for both Local and State Builders Association as well as the National Builder Rep and delegate for the state of Idaho. Tanya has received many awards over her career including Associate of the year and Builder of the Year both at the local and State level.  She has also received the 2019 International Company Owner of the Year Award from Executive Networking Events in Ireland.  In 2025 she was named Woman of the Year for the National Association of Homebuilders! 

In her spare time Tanya likes golf, tennis, hiking, diving and travel.  Tanya has three adult children and one grandson. They are her biggest accomplishment and her biggest source of pride.
