Raelle Vitali

Raelle Vitali joined BIAW as the Member Resource Manager after several years of working with the Indiana Builders Association as the Marketing and Member Services Director. She is very excited about her relocation to Washington state and the chance to connect with members across the state.

Before stepping into the building industry, Raelle also served in programmatic roles with the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce and as a nonprofit HR Consultant. She earned her Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University with a dual concentration in nonprofit management and community/economic development, making the building industry a perfect fit for her interests and skills.

Home building runs in Raelle’s family as her father is a custom home builder in Indiana and the majority of her relatives are residential tradesmen.
