Mike Erdmann is the Chief Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of Marion & Polk Counties, a role he has held since 1998. With more than 27 years of service, Erdmann has dedicated his career to strengthening the residential construction industry in Oregon through advocacy, member support, and community partnerships.
Under his leadership, the association has become a trusted resource for builders, remodelers, and affiliated professionals, advancing policies that promote housing affordability and fostering programs that enhance professionalism and growth. Erdmann is highly regarded for his expertise in association management, strategic planning, and fundraising, skills that have helped position the HBA as a strong voice for the industry across the region.
A graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in political science, Erdmann combines his academic foundation with decades of practical leadership to serve both the building industry and the communities it supports. His commitment to collaboration and forward-thinking solutions continues to guide the association in meeting the challenges of today’s housing market.
