Mark Freidline has served as the Executive Officer of the Flathead Building Association (FBA) in Kalispell, Montana, for the past three years. Under his leadership, FBA membership has grown from 150 to over 500 members. He also launched two key affinity groups—Young Professionals and Professional Women in Building—designed to foster leadership, engagement, and inclusion within the local building community.
Before joining the FBA, Mark spent 25 years in university, military, and municipal recreation. He led more than 30 international curricular and co-curricular programs to destinations including Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga, Kenya, and the Bahamas—giving students and professionals the opportunity to engage in immersive global learning experiences.
Committed to service, Mark has held leadership roles on several local and national boards. He currently serves on the Leadership Flathead Advisory Board and is a proud Kalispell Chamber Ambassador.
Mark and his partner Michelle are the proud parents of four college students, each pursuing their passions at universities across the country.
