Julia Gorton is a seasoned strategist with nearly two decades of experience in advocacy, political strategy, and public affairs. She has led high-impact teams and campaigns, securing over $2.7 billion in pandemic relief for Washington businesses—including more than $100 million for the hospitality sector, the only industry in the state to receive this level of targeted support.

Known for her ability to navigate complex policy landscapes, Julia has driven solutions in challenging areas such as employment law, workplace safety, and employee benefits. She is a trusted voice in Washington’s policy arena, serving on the state’s Unemployment Insurance Advisory Committee, the Paid Family Leave Advisory Committee, and as chair of Enterprise Washington, an organization dedicated to advancing pro-business political outcomes.

Julia holds a B.A. in Political Science and Social Studies from Western Washington University. Her track record of results, deep policy knowledge, and ability to forge consensus make her a powerful advocate for Washington’s business community.
