Jeff Losey

A highly respected strategic leader with decades of experience, Jeff has led the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities & Walla Walla since January 2005.  In his local community, Jeff represents the building industry on housing outlook panels in partnership with the Tri-City Development Council, at gatherings of the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce and at other high-profile local events. When he’s not supporting his HBA in the community, he’s speaking on their behalf to local city and county councils in the Tri-Cities and Walla, keeping policy makers informed of the unique needs of the home building industry.

 Active at the state and national level, Jeff has served as chair of the Building Industry Associationof Washington Executive Officer Council and actively mentors new EOs and othersas a member of that council. State association staff and leaders look to himfor his experience and insights. President of the NAHB EOC in 2016, he currently serves as the council’s Budget and FinanceLiaison, regularly participates in the Association Management Conference andhas been tapped for several high-level EO working groups with NAHB leadershipover the past several years. He truly enjoys working for the homebuildingindustry and trying to keep up with the ever-changing regulatory world andother obstacles to attainable housing.
