Jay Roberts

Jay Roberts, vice president of Cascade Custom Homes and Design, Inc. is a proud grandfather, father of three wonderful ladies, husband to an amazing wife and son of the best parents. Past president of  Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association (SICBA), a Central Washington Home Builders Association board member and a BIAW Certified Builder, Roberts chaired the BIAW Legislative Policy Committee in 2023 and enthusiastically supports workforce development.

Roberts won the BIAW Builder of the Year Award in 2024 and currently serves as the National Association of Home Builders National Area Chairman for Area 15.

A proud Husky active in his community, Roberts serves on the Public Stadium Authority Board for Lumen Field and Event Center.
