Bob Disney, Certified Builder, of Disney and Associates, has a reputation for exceeding client expectations as a trusted partner in semi-custom home building. Recognized with multiple awards for his generous spirit and outstanding craftsmanship, Bob recently won the Business Making a Difference Award at the 21st Annual Kitsap Celebration of Philanthropy.

A longtime leader at the Kitsap Building Association, Disney currently leads the KBA as its 2023 president. A member of the BIAW Workforce Development Task Force and former Boeing executive, he’s a champion for the industry, working to strengthen and develop the future workforce through his Construction in Motion and Trades in Motion programs. He also trains and hires young people interested in the trades through the KBA Builder Grant Program. These initiatives play a pivotal role in opening doors to rewarding careers in construction for aspiring youth.
