Bailee Butcher

Bailee Butcher joined Master Builders Association of Pierce County as the Communications Director in March of 2022. Prior to her work at the Master Builders, she worked as the Communications Manager at the Building Industry Association of Washington for three years, but can also be credited with contributions to PULSE Magazine and the Walt Disney World Company. Butcher has been honored with several national awards, most recently the National Association of Home Builders’ Best Web Program 2.0 for the growth and engagement rate on the Master Builders Meta Suite. She graduated from Central Washington University’s honors college in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Journalism and a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies and currently resides in Olympia.
